2024 ULISSE Merlot Rosé – Tenuta Ulisse, Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo
Abruzzo-regionen i Midtitalien er mest kendt for sine rødvine på Montepulciano-druen, men regionen byder også på fantastiske rosévine. Tenuta Ulisse anvender nænsom vinificering, hvor Merlot-druerne høstes i hånden og gæres ved lave temperaturer for at bevare friskhed og aroma.
Efter høst nedkøles druerne hurtigt og presses efter kort kontakt med skallerne for at få den rette farve. Mosten gæres ved 8–11 °C og lagres i 3 måneder på ståltank før tapning.
Resultatet er en elegant, frisk og moderne rosé med dyb frugtkarakter og silkeblød tekstur. En perfekt vin til både afslapning og gastronomiske retter i sommermånederne.
