The Cockfight - Dunetown roosters Prince & Raj worked it out! A barrel aged spelt saison brewed with fresh fig leaves harvested from Sailors Grave farm. Subtle farmhouse character with nutty, coconut aromas and a refreshing finish.

This limited-release beer is a barrel-aged version of our 2025 release Fig Leaf Saison. Aged in a third-use sugarcane rhum barrel from our friend Lantana in QLD, with addition of fig leaf tincture at the end for even more enhanced flavours.

Lino cut artwork by our co-founder Gab Moore, only 20 prints exist in the world.
